Marriage Link Consult (M-LINK Consult) is a registered and the foremost Ghana based social service platform that offers products on marriage in general. We have products that facilitate the marriage process in a trusted, confidential and reliable manner. The company is about to launch its
products on the market and hereby seeks a range of talented, wellmannered and creative individuals to occupy various positions. M Link does not provide dating site services.

The CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE PROFILE
By the nature of the company’s service offerings, the Client Service Executive will serve as the link between the company and its Clients. This position requires candidates who are absolutely professional in their interrelationships with customers and more important, able to keep confidential information about their clients.

ROLE OF THE CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
The successful candidate will perform the following specific tasks, among others:
The Client Service Executive will play customer service functions, by attending to queries of Clients.
Provide adequate, reliable and timely information to Clients.
Keep records and folders of Clients and assist to provide information as would be needed.
Take steps to protect Customer information.
Handle telephone calls with Clients professionally.

Salary: Attractive compensation package to be negotiated.

Required Skills or Experience
At least Bachelor’s Degree in relevant subject area.
Skill in adapting and handling different customers.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to make presentations to wide audience.
Ability to drive will be an advantage.
