Personal Assistant
Full Time / Remote+Office (Ghana only) / Monday - Saturday / GH¢7,000.00
As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly 😌 across my personal and professional lives.
To be effective in this role, you must have excellent writing skills, a genuine desire to learn and must be a genuinely nice person 😊.
This role is primarily remote but you could be required to work from an office(East Legon) every now and then.
Responsibilities
- Schedule / Take meetings and manage calendars
- Help with daily time management
- Write emails and reports
- Answer phone calls , emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights & accommodation

- Strong time-management and organisation skills
- Live within the East Legon - Oyarifa environs.
