We are looking for a detail-oriented Account & Finance Officer to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Computer taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Requirements and skills:
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
• Experience with general ledger functions
