Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive, to join our Team at Agrihouse Foundation.

• Minimum Qualification:Diploma

• Experience Level:Entry level

• Experience Length:No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

• Manage employees’ grievances

• Create and run referral bonus programs

• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

• Measure employee retention and turnover rates

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• A great communicator ( or well spoken)

• An amazing writer

• Have a relatable personality

• Good decision maker

• Able to inform, and support in the development of sound policies to govern and drive organizational growth.

• A good leader, with a positive attitude and mindset
