Job Title: Client Service Analyst

JOB PURPOSE
• The successful candidate shall be responsible for resolving client queries, recommending solutions and providing positive client experiences by nurturing relationships
•
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for following up on client leads, managing client applications and fully onboarding new clients
• Manage day to day client requests with a focus on consistent delivery of an excellent client experience
• Utilize effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations
• Analyze and resolve client issues promptly
• Assist the team with the upkeep of records
• Assist with the design and testing of technology projects
• Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions
• The successful candidate may be expected to perform additional or alternative duties
JOB PROFILE
Skills and Work Experience:
• Experience as a client service specialist or similar role
• Must have an understanding of how client relationship management systems work
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates excellent telephone ethics and client management skills
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain calm, polite and tactful demeanour in stressful situations
• Possess excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
Education/Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Possess a minimum of one year experience in a related role
Remuneration Package:
• Monthly net salary ranging from GHS 3,000 to GHS 4,000
• Eligibility to participate in the group’s discretionary Incentive Compensation Plan
• Eligibility to participate in the group’s Continuous Professional Development Support Plan
