Responsibilities
• Ensuring proper documentation of employee data throughout employment lifecycle. i.e employment - on-boarding - resignation.
• Facilitating performance management process by ensuring proper documentation.
• Reducing performance related attrition by ensuring end to end adherence to performance process.
• Collating and resolving employee issues.
Minimum Qualification
Graduate.
Minimum Experience and Skills
• At least 2 years of working experience with minimum 1 year of relevant exposure
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have problem solving attitude
• Excellent analytical skills
• Attention to details.
