A reputable company in the ICT industry is seeking to employ an Accounts Manager.
Experience and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Must be fluent in French and English.
• Proven skills in key account management.
• Must be proficient in all MS Office applications as well as CRM Software.
Requirements:
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Address and resolve key clients’ complaints
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Compile reports on account progress goals and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
• Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and prepare customised solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client’s long-term goal.
