ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Our client, a multinational IT solutions company is searching for a committed and proactive ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support their operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administration support and running the day-to-day administrative duties and errands for their Ghana office. He or she will also operate a telephone switchboard, screen incoming calls, provide information, take notes and report to the head of finance.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate, manage and order the needed stationeries.
• Assist in travel tasks such as hotel bookings, visa requirements, and flight bookings
for all individuals.
• Responsible for drivers and assigning tasks as per requested.
• Manage the help desk, typing, internet search, and receiving guests.
• Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Answer calls from customers or clients regarding their inquiries.
• Operate various office machines including photocopiers, scanners, and related
equipment.
• File all electronic and manual documents for easy retrieval.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the company.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 0-2+ years experience as an administrative assistant in a multinational Company.
REQUIREMENTS
• Advanced level/skills in handling Microsoft windows excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good level of time management and customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and
Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve results.
