The ideal candidate will provide overall coordination and supervision of HR and administrative activities.

To provide overall coordination and supervision of HR and administration activities.
General Duties
• Advise CEO on HR and Labor matters.
• Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies in the
areas of recruitment, training and development, employee relations, rewards management, and human resource information systems.
• Design, implement and monitor adherence to administrative policies and procedures in the areas of security and housekeeping.
• Design and implement HR systems and strategies to facilitate the recruitment, training and development, motivation and utilization of employees to achieve competitive advantage for the company.
• Develop and implement employee records and information systems to facilitate easy identification and retrieval of employee personal and career data.
• Design and implement Performance Management Systems.

Requirements
Skills
• Identify the training needs of immediate team members and organize or recommend appropriate training programs.
• Undertake regular review of HR and administrative systems, policies and procedures to ensure conformity with best practices.
• Administer disciplinary policies and procedures affecting employees in line with the company’s disciplinary code and procedure.
Other Duties
• Manages payroll.
• Manages marketing and branding activities of the company.
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in human resource function.
• Professional Certification preferred: CIRHM or SHRM Certified
Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - This position
requires excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.
• Excellent organization and presentation ability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful
environment.
• Thorough understanding of the human resource function and
related legal requirements.
• Excellent ability to leverage technology in the execution of
HR/Admin functions.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Confidentiality - The HR/Admin executive will handle confidential
and sensitive information.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintains contact with all departmental managers and supervisors. • Maintains contact with all other workers of the institution.
• Maintains contact with training institutions on training programs for staff.
