Job Description
Annual AOP and monthly Target Achievement (Sell in).
Sell Out Target Achievement in the assigned territory.
Handling Primary Distributor Channel (Stock & Sale, Account Management, Claims).
Manage debtors/AR in line with company policy.
Leading field team and deliverables.
Channel Development-Distributor/Retail wholesale.
Weekly & Monthly Team Review.
Responsible for the usual MIS and Reporting for the assigned territory: MJP, market visit Report,
Competitors Pricing, Stock and Sale, Sales Analysis and Review Ppt.
Sell Out reports and Review (Weekly and Monthly)
New Product Launch and Competitor activity
Category analysis and understanding
Required Skills or Experience
Must posses at least first degree in a relevant field.
Must have handled a team of 5.
Display the highest standard of customer relationship
Respectful and high integrity
Perform under pressure environment. Open to travel and work in different locations.
Good at conflict management
Humble with Go Getter attitude
Training and coaching the team on the required skill set
Must be fair to all and maintain the highest levels of workplace integrity.
