Job Description/Requirements
JOB PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION:
● To engage in overall Finance and Accounting for the company
● To manage Sales and Cash Flow from and to the company
● Prepare financial Statements, monthly and year end closing of all accounts.
● To facilitate all tax returns and engage in all tax processing requirements for the company.
● To prepare payments for claim compensation
● To provide consultation and audit information support.
● To prepare business plans and documents setting out the company’s future objectives and strategies for achieving them.
● Prepare payroll and payment of salaries and allowances of all staff/employees
● Manage all contracts and as well as import and production license
GENERAL AFFAIRS
● See to the facilitation of Visa (resident permit and travel permit)
● Manage company facilities i.e. company car and driver management
● Arrange for business travels, airline tickets etc.
● To negotiate with Authorities if any
QUALIFICATION
● Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting option), ACCA, ICA or any other relevant professional qualification and Certificate in Taxation and/or Accounting
● Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role or similar industry.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Multilingual would be an advantage.
● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
● Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.)
● Written and verbal communication in English.
● Character with honesty and willingness to learn
