Job brief
We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Applicant should reside at Kwashieman, Sowutuom, Santa Maria and it’s environs.
Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact between the Directors and internal/external personnel
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Arrange meetings, appointments and provide reminders to Directors
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
• Produce reports, memo, presentations and briefs
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Perform other duties as assigned by Directors
Requirements and skills
• MS Office and Excel
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Reliable
• Ready to learn on the job
