Medikal, a multiple award-winning rapper, recently shared his thoughts on the music industry and his relationship with fellow artist Amerado. In a TV3 interview, he stated that he only pays attention to artists who are ahead of him in the game and doesn't waste time on clout-chasers.

Medikal clarified that while he and Amerado are not friends, he doesn't have any personal issues with him. However, he revealed that two years ago, Amerado released a diss track aimed at him, but he chose not to respond as he felt it wasn't worth his time.

Medikal explained that he didn't respond because he believed Amerado was not yet at his level and needed to work hard to climb up the ladder before he could earn his attention. He also stated that any beef that wouldn't benefit him financially was not worth his time and energy.

Despite his comments, Medikal denied downgrading Amerado, stating that he was simply expressing his opinion and had nothing against the talented rapper.
