About the Job

As a Bar Manager/Bartender, your role is nothing short of thrilling. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring guests receive a smooth and efficient service with a touch of class. Your duties include managing and supervising bar staff, crafting delightful cocktails, and planning the perfect menu to cater to guests’ tastes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise bartenders and servers
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Implement strategies for boosting sales and profitability
• Keep an eye on inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure the bar complies with health and safety regulations
• Train new staff on bar procedures
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage service

 

Requirements

1. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel bar settings
2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills
   Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
3. Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink recipes
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
