As a Bar Manager/Bartender, your role is nothing short of thrilling. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring guests receive a smooth and efficient service with a touch of class. Your duties include managing and supervising bar staff, crafting delightful cocktails, and planning the perfect menu to cater to guests’ tastes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise bartenders and servers
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Implement strategies for boosting sales and profitability
- Keep an eye on inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure the bar complies with health and safety regulations
- Train new staff on bar procedures
- Handle customer feedback professionally

Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel bar settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends - Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink recipes
