Job Vacancy for Business Development Associate

We are Hiring an energetic Business Development Associate ( Finance and Investment Industry Experience) to help drive our sales and grow the business whilst attracting new clients and building solid relationships with them, maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
• Driving business growth and expanding our client base.
• Identifying new business opportunities.
• Identifying and cultivating new client relationships.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ghana Investment and Securities Institute(GISI)/Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) certificate
• A proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and investment strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
