In this role, you will oversee business operations, manage financial planning, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure the company’s growth and profitability. This position is ideal for a professional with a passion for both business management and accounting who can bring innovative ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business strategy.

Develop and implement business strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

Manage accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Identify and mitigate business risks while exploring new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in business management, with a strong accounting background.

Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to develop strategic business plans and drive results.

Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
