Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Associate to join our team at Nomad Logistics. This role is pivotal in managing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Account Associate:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and managing account-related issues.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by responding to client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account details.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account status, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues or concerns, working proactively to find solutions and improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
