This is a demanding job that will keep you on your toes! The ideal candidate needs to be prepared for anything on any given day and to be able to approach the challenges with a "go-getter" attitude, taking initiative and ownership of the role. The candidate must also have impeccable, native-level English, and be adept at professionally and intuitively communicating with a wide variety of people. In this role, it's imperative that the candidate be able to think on behalf of the CEO, analyzing all the data in order to problem-solve and/or make decisions.

This is a fully remote, full-time role.  The candidate needs to be available UK working hours, so ideally based within a few hours of the CET time zone.

  • Confident in taking initiative and ownership over the various aspects of the role.
  • Accustomed to thinking ahead and exercising critical thinking and prompt decision-making skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient time management.
  • Experienced with anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges as they arise.

      Adaptability and Flexibility: 

      • Comfortable with a non-conventional work environment and the spontaneity that comes with a creator’s lifestyle.  
      • Flexible to accommodate their work hours around the dynamic nature of the role. 

          Creator Lifestyle Familiarity:

          • Possess a deep understanding of the social media/online creator lifestyle and work dynamic. 
          • (Preferable) Adept at negotiating deals/events and coordinating coinciding logistics in the capacity of a talent manager. 

            Confidentiality:

            • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

            RESPONSIBILITIES:

            Executive / Personal Support:

            • Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to Julius Dein, managing his professional and personal schedule, appointments, and commitments. 
            • Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and correspondence effectively. 
            • Optimize/negotiate deals and event gigs and coordinate follow-up logistics.

              Logistical Coordination:

              • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for both professional and personal engagements. 
              • Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and appearances, ensuring smooth execution. 

                Personal Finance Tasks:

                • Coordinate personal payments, manage subscriptions, and handle other financial transactions. 


                EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

                • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Talent Manager in a non-conventional setting, preferably within the social media creator or online personality space. 
                • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
                • Competent at handling high-level calls and emails with partners, clients, and stakeholders. 
                • Experienced at negotiating deals and optimizing gigs/celebrity events. 
                • Assertive and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
                • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
                • Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. 
                • Proficient in using relevant software and technology for calendar management, communication, task organization, and financial payments. 
                • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and support.

                  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

                  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of supporting high-profile, Creative individuals. 
                  • Previous experience working with creators or online personalities is highly desirable.
