About the Role
We are seeking a personable and highly organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. As the Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Schedule appointments and update calendars.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
