Job Position: IT Executive

Location: Osu, Accra

• Hardware & Network Support: Maintain and troubleshoot company hardware and network infrastructure, ensuring all devices and connections are operational and secure.
• Software Development: Assist in developing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs and improve workflow efficiency.
• Server Maintenance: Perform regular setup, configuration, and maintenance of company servers to ensure their performance and security.
• Database Administration: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data is backed up, secure, and accessible, while troubleshooting any database issues.
• Programming & Scripting: Write, test, and deploy code to support software applications and automate repetitive tasks.
• Cybersecurity: Implement security measures across IT systems to protect against threats, including antivirus updates, firewall configurations, and monitoring.
• End-User Technical Support: Provide direct technical assistance to staff, solving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Innovation & Creativity: Identify and recommend innovative technology solutions that can streamline operations, reduce costs, or improve user experience. Use creativity to solve complex IT problems and contribute ideas for new systems and improvements.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Professional IT Certifications in relevant areas.
• Proficiency in Network, database and server

Administration

• Server-Windows/Linux, Web, Ftp, File
• SSL, Firewall, SonicWall, MS Office 365
• Networking, Hardware, Troubleshooting & Software
• Extensive experience in supporting a wide range of applications.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in hardware procurement and infrastructure management.
