Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Lead and supervise the inventory team, including clerks and other personnel involved in inventory management, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
 - Inventory Control: Oversee inventory tracking, ensuring that all stock levels are accurately recorded and maintained. Monitor inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
 - Stock Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in stock levels. Ensure that all inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
 - Order Management: Assist with the ordering of inventory items as needed, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet company needs while minimizing excess inventory.
 - Storage & Organization: Ensure that inventory is properly stored, organized, and labeled, maintaining a clean and orderly storage environment. Implement and enforce best practices for inventory organization.
 - Team Coordination: Coordinate with the purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and timely replenishment of inventory.
 
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
 - Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
