Requirements

3. Must have completed National Service

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the group's business objectives.
2. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support business decisions.
3. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of group financial statements, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the group.
5. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
6. Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures.
7. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
8. Build relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
