Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Male)

A reputable hotel is looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer to support the operations of the Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Manage phone calls, reservations, and inquiries from guests.
- Assist guests with requests, providing information about the hotel, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records, process payments, and issue room keys.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or concerns, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HND in Hotel and Tourism Management, Marketing or any other related courses
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
