Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to our team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
  3. Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  4. Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.
  6. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  7. Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Manager, or similar role.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
