Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to our team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering and restocking as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Compliance: Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
