Truck Recruiter - Nomad Logistics

Position Overview:

Nomad Logistics is seeking an experienced and driven Truck Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified truck drivers to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the transportation industry and a passion for finding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit qualified truck drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
2. Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
3. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating training and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers, recruitment agencies, and industry contacts.
5. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including background checks and licensing verification.
6. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, candidate sources, and recruitment costs.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to enhance our hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

2. Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the transportation or logistics sector.
