Responsibilities:
- Prepare Daily reports
- Daily reconciliation of various bank statement and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.
- Entry of payment vouchers in Tally O Filing of documents
- Entry and reconciliation of cash expense in Tally O Entry of sales report in Tally O Recording and filing of loans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Confirming cleared cheques and transfers for Customer services and till manager.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure proper accounting processes are followed
- Assist Head of Accounts & others when the need arises.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime for data entry and analysis tasks.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- HND/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
