JOB REQUIREMENT
Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
Should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
At least 2 years' experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
Proven experience in an office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office program.
Practical understanding of corporate management.
Capacity for multitasking.
Outstanding organizing abilities.
Strong communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Update office policies as needed and organize company records.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodations.
