Requirements:
- First degree in related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field
- Proven track record of meeting and/ or exceeding targets
- Proven skills in delivering relevant KP|s
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with management to develop and implement actionable policies and strategies to position the company advantageously
- Work with management to set comprehensive goals and deliverables for performance and growth.
- Activate business relations with a select portfolio of companies and manage these relationships to generate businesses.
- Carry out the necessary research and identify local and foreign supplies and other sub-contractors relating to a given project.
- Ensure that projects/supply contracts are executed in accordance with business scopes, and to the client's specifications and satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Generate new business leads from time to time.
- Present regular reports on business activities.
