Location: Lashibi, Accra  

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries and ensure a seamless client experience. We **strongly encourage female applicants** to apply for this position.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.  

- Resolve customer concerns and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
