You will greet guests as they enter, take their reservations, and show them to their table or waiting area. To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and managing a very busy shift.

Responsibilities


  1. Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Escort guests to their seats
  3. Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
  4. A knowledge of the menu.
  5. Assigning guests to tables, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers
  6. receive the right number of customers.
  7. Introduce guests to their servers.
  8. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  9. Answering guest’s calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly and warm manner.,
  10. scheduling reservations in advance for guests and answering questions.
  11. Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
  12. Providing great customer service.
  13. Receive guest’s call and respond to enquiries in a friendly and warm manner.
  14. Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding.
  15. silverware, etc.
  16. Help fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain
  17. positive working relationships.
  18. Taking reservations and answering questions in a professional manner.
  19. Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in any field of study; or relevant work experience.
  2. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff.
  3. Good and fluent in the English Language.
  4. Proficiency in a foreign language will be an added advantage.
  5. Proficiency in SevenRooms
  6. Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
