Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from talent acquisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle performance management, including appraisals, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
