HR Officer - Groupe Sebastien

 Job Brief

Your role is primarily to support and enhance the human resources functions across the organization, ensuring that HR practices align with the company’s overall strategy. You will assist in implementing HR policies, fostering employee engagement, and supporting talent management initiatives. You will join the HR team to provide effective support in managing and optimizing the HR processes critical to the success of Groupe Sebastien.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in enforcing HR policies and procedures developed by management to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Help manage employee relations and support the resolution of any HR-related issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Analyze HR processes and forward suggestions for improvement to the HR Manager.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies and other related support teams to maintain effective relationships and ensure the best talent acquisition.
• Assist in the execution of HR initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and retention.
• Work with team members and departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
• Maintain contact with Unit Managers and the Chief Human Resources Officer on HR issues and updates.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in HR or similar fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of HR policies, systems, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
