Job Responsibilities;
- Identify and assess risks on our job sites, and develop plans to mitigate and eliminate those risks.
- Ensure our company and all of our job sites are in compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Help us build a risk-aware, safety-focused culture that serves our customers and our community with excellence.
- Create an annual HSE plan and train employees and managers on updated procedures.
- Drive our environmental and sustainability efforts forward to meet our targets.
- Aim for a 100% safety record on all of our job sites.
Requirements;
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Having a professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5years working experience as an HSE Manager.
