HSE Manager - Portside Ghana

Job Responsibilities; 

1. Identify and assess risks on our job sites, and develop plans to mitigate and eliminate those risks.
2. Ensure our company and all of our job sites are in compliance with local and federal regulations.
3. Help us build a risk-aware, safety-focused culture that serves our customers and our community with excellence.
4. Create an annual HSE plan and train employees and managers on updated procedures.
5. Drive our environmental and sustainability efforts forward to meet our targets.
6. Aim for a 100% safety record on all of our job sites.

Requirements;

1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field. 
2. Having a professional certification will be an added advantage. 
3. Minimum of 5years working experience as an HSE Manager.
