A reputable Fashion Company with an attached Fashion Training School located at East Legon, Accra, seeks an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions, including promotion of employees' welfare, employee development, performance evaluation and management, and fostering a positive workplace culture and growth. The ideal candidate will support our mission of promoting African-inspired fashion while ensuring efficient operations and empowering our talented team to drive the company's growth locally and internationally.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collates relevant external and internal data on human resource programs and activities
- Assists in addressing the prevailing concerns between the employees and management
- Undertakes the update of records on staff bio data and welfare matters
- Facilitates the organization of meetings of HRM issues and produce appropriate minutes and reports
- Collates data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the unit
- Collates periodic reports of the department
- Records data for organizing payment structures and addressing salary concerns
- Compiles data for updating Human Resource Management Information systems
- Prepares and organizes work schedules in line with specified responsibilities
- Participates in industrial relations meetings and explains the industrial matters to the understanding of the staff, and
- Keeps accurate data of every appointment dates, recruitments and salaries to facilitate accessibility to a personnel's employment history.
Entry Requirements (Qualifications and Experience)
- A minimum of a HND or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field from an accredited tertiary Institution;
- A minimum of two (2) years post-qualification relevant work experience in reputable organization; and
- Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the Company.
- Interested Candidate should reside within Accra, preferably close to East Legon.
