Job Vacancy for HR/Admin Coordinator



HR/ADMIN COORDINATOR (MANUFACTURING)

  1. Coordinate with sectional heads to determine their manpower needs
  2. Handle recruitment at all levels, onboarding and employee exits
  3. Manage staff attendance and present attendance reports
  4. Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance and lasting relationship
  5. Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salary
  6. Act as point of contact for all employee concerns and query
  7. Spearhead all employee engagement related activities
  8. Partner with various departments to organise trainings
  9. Liaise with service providers and ensure full compliance
  10. Manage all Admin sections including Transport, Canteen, Projects and Maintenance

Requirement

  1. Minimum 4 years proven experience in similar role
  2. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  3. Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  4. Proficient in MS Office packages. Experience in SAP is an added advantage
  5. Excellent communication skills
