HR/ADMIN COORDINATOR (MANUFACTURING)
- Coordinate with sectional heads to determine their manpower needs
- Handle recruitment at all levels, onboarding and employee exits
- Manage staff attendance and present attendance reports
- Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance and lasting relationship
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff salary
- Act as point of contact for all employee concerns and query
- Spearhead all employee engagement related activities
- Partner with various departments to organise trainings
- Liaise with service providers and ensure full compliance
- Manage all Admin sections including Transport, Canteen, Projects and Maintenance
Requirement
- Minimum 4 years proven experience in similar role
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages. Experience in SAP is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
