Job Description:
A well established Interior Design company is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator & Showroom Assistant in Accra, Ghana
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and strong organisational skills
- Computer Literate (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Canva)
- Ability to think on your feet and suggest ideas / solutions
- Great understanding and keen interest in luxury interiors
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Can work with limited supervision but know when to request for help
- Be confident and are willing to roll up your sleeves
Responsibilities:
- As an integral part of our team, you will assist with managing the showroom and studio inventory, pantry organisation services, handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist Head of Design with interior admin eg design fee proposals, updating project timeline schedules, organising and liaising with contractors to be on site
- Liaising with Accountant
- visiting various suppliers
- Bookkeeping
