About the role

The Personal Assistant to the Chief of Production and Operations plays a crucial role in supporting the 
leadership team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires a highly 
organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can manage multiple tasks, conduct thorough 
research, and produce high-quality written materials.

The ideal candidate should be smart and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
They should be committed to continuous learning and professional development. They should also 
have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We trust and expect that as a Personal Assistant to the Chief of Production and Operations, you will 
perform the following roles:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief of Production and  Operations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. Handle 
confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Research and Writing: Conduct in-depth research to support various projects and initiatives. Draft, edit,  and proofread articles, reports, and presentations. Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights  to the leadership team.

Office Management: Ensure efficient office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed. 
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Implement and manage 
efficient filing systems and databases.

Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules and operations. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables. Monitor project 
progress and provide regular updates to the Chief of Production and Operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze data using Excel, and create impactful presentations  with PowerPoint. Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making processes. Identify  trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Support and Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and leading support staff as needed. 
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects the brand's values. Conduct regular 
performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  3. Strong research and writing skills, with an ability to produce high-quality articles and reports.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong presence and professional demeanour.
  6. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
