Experienced Personal Assistant to Managing Director (Real Estate Developers)

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in driving business success. As a seasoned PA, you will provide administrative expertise, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's schedule, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives
- Proven track record of discretion, reliability, initiative and absolute professionalism
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Tertiary education in Administration, Business, or related field
Salary Range: GHS 5,000 - 7,000 per month (depending on experience)
