Quality, Health, and Safety Manager - AI Energy Group

Job Summary: The Quality, Health, and Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all quality standards and safety regulations. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and safety management systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality and safety policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
3. Lead the development of risk mitigation strategies.
4. Facilitate training sessions on quality improvement and safety practices.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and safety programs.
6. Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
7. Prepare detailed reports on quality and safety issues and investigations.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Certification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry /  MSc Safety and Environmental Management 
2. Proven experience in a quality assurance or safety role.
3. Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and practices.
4. Experience with quality certification standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001,  ISO 45001 

Skills and Competencies:

1. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
