Senior Accountant - VAAL Real Estate Ghana

Are you a detail-oriented financial expert ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team! Bring your expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance to help drive our business forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g. Ghanaian Companies Act, 2019).
• Prepare and submit statutory reports.
• Manage general ledger accounting.
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Balance sheet preparation.
• Maintaining accurate records, timely reporting, and adherence to local laws.

QUALIFICATION

1. Must be ACCA Qualified.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3. 5+ years in accounting or finance, with experience in financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger management.
4. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, leadership, and excellent communication.
5. Experience with audits, and a commitment to ethics and ongoing professional development.
