Warehouse Manager - Sunda International

Sunda International Company, Ghana is seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations: Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch of products.
• Team leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and accuracy.
• Inventory control: Maintain optimal stock levels by regularly monitoring inventory and conducting audits.
• Health and safety compliance: Ensure the warehouse operates in line with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Process improvement: Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and optimize space utilization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance for management review.
• Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics/warehouse role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.
