Job Description:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate communication between team members and clients.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support the team in project management and client relations.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
