Job Description:


  1. Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  2. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  3. Coordinate communication between team members and clients.
  4. Maintain and organize office files and records.
  5. Support the team in project management and client relations.
  6. Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.


Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
