Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  2. Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  3. Monitoring employee performance.
  4. Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  5. Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  6. Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration by providing the required supporting document.
  7. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  8. Update internal databases with new hire information
  9. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  11. Develop training and onboarding material
  12. Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
  13. Ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations


Qualifications/Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
