Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
  2. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to meet their procurement needs efficiently.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply requirements.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hotel standards.


Qualifications:


  1. HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing role within the hospitality sector.
  3. Proven track record of successful negotiations and vendor management.
  4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
