KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and office clerks.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
- Oversee facilities management and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Handle financial aspects, such as budgeting for administrative needs.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment and onboarding of administrative personnel.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Address administrative issues and inquiries from employees or clients. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
