Prior working experience in Customer Service is required
Excellent Communication
Research and Problem Solving Skills
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
High National Diploma or equivalent.
𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
