Job Vacancy: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Rock City Hotel, Kumasi
Rock City Hotel is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage reservations and room assignments.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a professional appearance.
