Job Vacancy for Bank Tellers

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Bank Tellers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Provide excellent customer service and address client needs.
4. Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions comply with bank policies.
5. Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activities.
6. Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Previous experience in customer service or banking is an advantage but not mandatory.
