Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and issue access badges as required.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Customer Service:
- Address inquiries from clients, guests, and employees promptly and courteously.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services.
Clerical Tasks:
- Manage calendars, maintain office supplies, and organize documents.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and basic reporting as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
